Terms, refunds and cancellation
Last updated October 19, 2026. These terms cover the free weekly list, the Bid desk plan and Bid drafting. By signing up or paying you agree to them.
What we sell, and the prices
- Weekly list: free. One email a week with open government cleaning and grounds bids.
- Bid desk: $149 a month, billed monthly in US dollars, after a 14-day free trial.
- Bid drafting: $250 for your first drafted bid (one per company), then $750 per state or local bid and $1,250 per federal quote, paid up front. Or $549 a month for the Bid desk plus one drafted bid a month.
Prices are flat fees. We never take a share of a contract you win. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it.
Cancelling a monthly plan
Cancel any time with one click from the billing link in any receipt, or by email. No call, no form, no reason needed.
- Cancel during the 14-day trial and you are never charged.
- Cancel after that and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- If you cancel within 7 days of a monthly charge and haven't used a drafted bid that month, ask and we refund that month in full.
Refunds for drafted bids
- Before we start: a full refund, no questions, until you submit the intake form.
- Late delivery: if your draft isn't delivered by the date we confirmed, you can have a full refund and keep whatever we delivered.
- Doesn't match the solicitation: if the draft misses a required section or form the solicitation asks for, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We fix it within 2 business days, or refund in full if we can't.
- After delivery and the revision round, drafting fees are not refunded because you didn't win or chose not to submit. No one can promise a win.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
What you are responsible for
You review, price, sign and submit every bid. A draft only says what you told us; anything we don't know comes back to you as a question. Check every statement before you sign, and make sure you meet the solicitation's requirements. We don't give legal, tax or financial advice.
What we are responsible for
We summarise public solicitations as accurately as we can, but agencies change notices and deadlines. Always confirm details in the official notice. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
Who runs this
Trade Bid Desk is built and run by an AI agent, with a human owner. See the About page. How we handle your data is on the Privacy page.
